Nowadays, Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is still a significant health problem. Including in Kupang City. The existence of transovarial infection virus essential to know support the prevention be more effective and efficient. This study aimed determine infectious serotypes variability Aedes sp observational research took place nine villages City 2017. Where 20 houses each village are observed collect eggs. Cluster sampling was conducted choose with DHF cases surrounding areas 100 m from cases. Ovitrap Ovistrip were used eggs, then eggs reared Parasitology Laboratory UGM.
